AlloAlts Vitamins are formulated to be part of a preventative solution and supplementation program for optimal patient health. Below is a list of common conditions or ailments and vitamin and nutritional guidelines for each. Please read our disclaimer at the bottom of the page.

Arthritis Natural Flex 1 Capsule 1 capsule up to 3 times per day
Elevated Blood Pressure Ubiquinol In addition to blood pressure medicine
Breast Fed Infants Vitamin D  400 IU Daily = 1 ML once per day. Breastfeeding alone does not provide sufficient amount of Vitamin D. Meets the CDC guidelines. 
Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy Alpha Lipoic Acid Recommended dosing is 600 mg, once a day.
Fatty Liver Resveratrol 1 Tablet 2 times per day
Gastrointestinal Symptoms (IBS or if on antibiotic therapy.) Probiotic Ages 4-65 take once per day. May increase up to 3 tablets per day. Over 65 years recommend 2 tablets per day and increase to 3 tablets daily if needed. If on antiobiotic therapy, take for 2 months. For gastrointestional symptoms, may take indefinitely.
Hair and Nail Health Biotin 5000 units once per day
High Cholesterol Red Yeast Rice 2 times per day. Some Red Yeast Rice may contain the dangerous kidney toxin Citrinin. Careful selection of brand is recommended.
Immune System Improvement Vitamin D3, Probiotic, Zinc Lozenge

For those ages 4-65 take Probiotc once a day. May increase up to 3 tablets a day. For those over 65 years of age it is recommended to start 2 tablets once a day and increase to 3 tablets daily if needed Also recommend at least 2000 units of vitamin D up to 5000 units a day. When ill specifically with upper respiratory infection and sore throat recommend Zinc Lozenge 1 tablet a day for 10 days and increase Vitamin D 5000-1000 units a day for 3-5 days.

Insomnia Melatonin 1-3 tablet at night as  recommended by your provider
Iron Deficiency/Anemia Iron Bls Glycinate Combined with Vitamin C for better absorption. Take 1 capsule 1-3 times per day as directed by provider
Joint Pain MSM 1 tablet up to 3 times per day
Migrane Prevention Therapy Magnesium and Ubiquinol Take Magnesium, 1 tablet, 2 times a day. Also Ubiquinol, 1 tablet up to 3 times a day.


Muscle Cramping Ubiquinol If on a statin recommend Ubiquinol once or twice a day. Also consider Magnesium once a day.
Ringing in the Ears (Tinnitus) Zinc, Melatonin Zinc once per day. If you have insomnia, then add Melatonin 1 tablet at night, as needed
Upper Respiratory Infection/Sore Throat Zinc 1 Zinc lozenge 2 times per day for 10 days
Vitamin B Deficiency Vitamin B12 Chewable Vitamin B12 once per day
